Itinerary

Day 01: Chandigarh - Shimla (114.6 km)

On arrival at Shimla you will be met, assisted and drive to Shimla Hotel.

Shimla was the former summer capital of British India, set amidst the snow capped Shivalik Mountains. which offers some of the most stunning views of the mighty Himalayas. On arrival at Shimla check in at the hotel. Enjoy dinner and Overnight stay in Shimla.

Day 02: Shimla-Kufri-Shimla

Today morning after a filling delicious breakfast, visit Kufri. Kufri derives its name from ‘Kufri’ which means lake. It is especially popular among trekkers. The salubrious climate and stunning natural beauty makes Kufri a perfect summer getaway. Kufri is the venue for annual winter sports festival held in February. Kufri is also renowned for other adventures activities such as skiing, tobogganing (sliding downhill on a sled), etc. Kufri has the oldest skiing slopes in Himachal Pradesh. Kufri is also a haven for nature enthusiasts and wildlife lovers as the Himalayan Nature Park is situated on the outskirts of the town. The Park is home to over 180 varieties of fauna.

.Thereafter visit the famous mall road of Shimla. Visit the Scandal Point, Jakhoo Temple (private vehicles do not have access to Jakhoo temple because of the location. The guests can take a shared taxi available on Mall Road and visit the temple. It’s advisable to visit the temple before it turns dark; hence the guests can first visit the temple and then spend time on the mall road.) After ample of Shopping time, return to your hotel for a mouth watering dinner. Overnight in Hotel.

Day 03: Shimla-Manali- Via Kullu Valley (252.4 km)

After breakfast leave for Manali, on the way sight-seeing like Sundernagar Lake, Pandoh dam, Vaishno Devi Temple and overnight stay in Manali. About Kullu. Kullu (1220m) was once known as ‘Kulanthapitha’ – the end of the habitable world. Beyond rose the forbidding heights of the Greater Himalaya and by the banks of the shining river Beas lay the fabled Silver Valley. Kullu got its first motorable access only after independence. The long centuries of seclusion have however allowed the area to retain considerable measures of its traditional charm. Here is the core of an intricate web of numerous valleys, each of which is a visual delight and seems more beautiful than the other.

The Silver Valley has nature’s treasures that lie carelessly scattered as flowers. This wealth nestles by every tree in the splendid forests, bursts forth in the blooms and in the fruit of every orchard. Here are riches which cannot be measured and echo down the ages with the words of every myth and ancient legend and glow in the warm smiles of its gentle people.

There is pleasure in every step you take in these enchanted valleys and in every gurgle you hear in the clear mountain streams.

Day 04: Manali-Rohtang Pass

Manali to snow point (Rohtang Pass) and on the way back from snow point visit Solang Valley and overnight stay in Hotel. Rohtang Pass On the road to Keylong is the Nehru Kund (6km) which is a clear water spring scenic spot named after the Late Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru. Kothi (12km) is a picturesque village and has a thrilling view of the deep gorge through which the Beas swiftly races. The beautiful Rahalla falls (16km) are at at altitude of 2500m. A crucial link on the old trade route and still the gateway to Trans Himalayan Lahaul, the *Rohtang Pass* is at height of 3978 m.

Day 05: Manali Local

After breakfast local sightseeing of Manali. “HADIMBA TEMPLE” Built in

1553 with a superbly crafted four tiered pagoda roof, it is famous for its exquisitely carved doorway. Tibetan Monastery, and “VASHIST” *Well known for its hot springs. There are old temples dedicated to the sage Vashisths and to Lord Rama.

Day 06: Manali- Chandigarh (289.9 km)

After Breakfast Check out From Hotel & Proceed to Chandigarh Enroute Local Sightseeing over Night Stay at Chandigarh Hotel.

Day 07: Chandigarh

After Breakfast Check out From Hotel & Proceed to Chandigarh Airport/Railway Station.

Payments

  • The prices quoted are for payment by cash, draft, wire transfer, cheque or money order.
  • The tour price is payable to NEATWAYS TRAVEL AND SERVICES, 45 days prior to departure. Failure to pay by that date entitles NEATWAYS TRAVEL AND SERVICES to cancel your booking without notice and without refund of the deposit. Prices are quoted in Rupees / US dollars / Euros. For some special trips, the booking date may be up to 2 months before departure.

Terms & Condition

  • No Refund on Unutilized Services.
  • We are not holding any rooms as of now it will be subject to availability at the time of actual booking.
  • Changes should be Chargeable After booking.
  • 100% of the package cost is required for confirmation of the booking as the travel dates fall-in the peak season slot.
  • No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, Missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

Cancellation

  • If you need to cancel a reservation, please do so in writing (best by e-mail). Railway/Flight cancellation charges will be deducted and 500/-Per Person Service charge will be deducted and remaining amount will be refunded.
  • If  we receive your cancellation more than 90 days before the starting date of the trip, we refund 50% of  your total land package cost.
  • Cancellation between 90 days to your date of departure your package cost becomes non-refundable.
  • No refund either in part or in full will be made for any unused part of the services provided in the package
  • We recommend that you obtain travel insurance upon booking.
  • Upon receipt of the reservation form, release of liability form and deposit, you will receive a confirmation by email followed by an Information Letter with detailed information regarding our contact information, meeting time, departure time.
  • NEATWAYS TRAVEL AND SERVICES is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the participants in preparation for the trip. However, you will not be entitled to make any further claim for any  injury, loss, expenses or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience which may result from such cancellation (including but not limited to visa, passport and vaccination charges, or departure, gear purchases, airport and airline taxes).
  • We reserve the right to alter, amend, change, or modify the tour package and itineraries before or during the tour.

Route Changes / Postonement / Delay

  • Neatways Travel Services may for any reason change the date of departure or conclusion of the tour, or it is possible that a route change, postponement or delay (either in relation to departure or to the duration of the expedition) may become necessary due to inclement weather, snow and ice conditions, political restrictions or any other cause.
  • In the event of a change, postponement or delay, participants have no right to refund of the tour price (in whole or in part) or other compensation for any injury, loss or damage.
  • PACKAGE PRICES: Package prices are based on ground costs, airfares and exchange rates. Neatways Travel Services. Tries its utmost not to increase tour prices (in full or part), however sometimes increases are outside its control. We reserve the right to amend tour prices (or any part) without notice at any time before and including the departure date.
  • Amendments may be necessitated for many reasons including, but not limited to, exchange rate fluctuations, increased fuel costs, airfares, airport charges etc. Any increase in tour prices must be paid prior to the departure date.
